A cool easy salad fit for summer days and hot dishes. You can control its thickness by slowly adding some cold water. It tastes best when cool, so take it outside the refrigerator and set aside for 5-10 minutes before serving.
- 3 cups yogurt
- 2 cucumbers
- 1 tablespoon crushed dried mint
- 1 clove mashed garlic (optional)
- salt to taste
- Chop cucumbers to small pieces (you may want to peel them if peel is too thick or waxy).
- Add all ingredients and refrigerate until serving.
