A very tasty dip/vinegrette that is indispensable with chicken and fish dishes, especially grilled one. Syrian like it with lots of garlic, but you can control the amount of garlic added.
- Juice of 1 big lemon
- 4-7 gloves of mashed garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- A pinch of ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Combine all ingredients and mix well and serve in a bowl.
- Serve with chicken and fish dishes. Syrians usually wrap pieces of meat in bite-size pieces of flat bread and dip in garlic lemon vinaigrette.
