This recipe is AMAZING! I adore middle-eastern food and Kufta is my favorite! I had my parents over for supper on Saturday and served these with rice and Everyday Syrian Salad, yogurt, warm pita bread and for dessert was bakery bought baklava and strong Turkish coffee. My dad Sean almost swooned! My mom Cate just couldn't get over the explosion of flavors. Even my pug Hoss loved it, he really enjoys cucumbers and all the parsley helps his breath stay nice. Keep these recipes coming, they are absolutely DELISH!!
